Ready-Made Products: Final Sale

All ready-made products are final sale. Returns or exchanges for changes of mind, color preferences, or sizing preferences are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Hello@woventreasures.shop as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery, with photographs when available.

Each concern will be reviewed individually, and appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom Order Payment & Cancellation Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping or delivery.

• Before production begins: You may cancel your custom order and receive a refund of your deposit.
• After production begins: The 50% deposit is generally nonrefundable because materials and production time have been committed to the custom creation.
• If Woven Treasures cannot fulfill the agreed order: Payments received will be refunded.

These terms do not limit any refund or other rights required by applicable law.
