Custom Order Policies
Custom blankets have an estimated 2-week production time, subject to Raquel’s confirmation. Blanket care instructions are included with the finished item.
Local drop-off in Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia is subject to confirmation. USPS shipping is available at applicable rates.
After Raquel confirms custom-order details and final pricing, an invoice will be emailed. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, and the remaining 50% is due before shipping or delivery. Payments are not collected on this website.
Custom Order Payment & Cancellation Terms
A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping or delivery.
- Before production begins: You may cancel your custom order and receive a refund of your deposit.
- After production begins: The 50% deposit is generally nonrefundable because materials and production time have been committed to the custom creation.
- If Woven Treasures cannot fulfill the agreed order: Payments received will be refunded.
These terms do not limit any refund or other rights required by applicable law.
