How Custom Orders Work

    Tell Raquel what you’d love — the piece, size, colors and any personal touches.

    Raquel Reviews Your Request

    She’ll review the details and follow up with any questions.

  3. 03

    Confirm & Pay Your Deposit

    After details and final pricing are confirmed, Raquel emails an invoice. A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

  4. 04

    Your Treasure Is Handmade

    Custom blankets take an estimated two weeks, subject to confirmation. The remaining 50% is due before shipping or delivery.

All colors and design details are subject to yarn availability and will be confirmed by Raquel before production begins.

Custom blankets have an estimated 2-week production time, subject to Raquel’s confirmation. Blanket care instructions are included with the finished item.

Local drop-off in Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia is subject to confirmation. USPS shipping is available at applicable rates.

After Raquel confirms custom-order details and final pricing, an invoice will be emailed. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, and the remaining 50% is due before shipping or delivery. Payments are not collected on this website.

Custom Order Payment & Cancellation Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipping or delivery.

  • Before production begins: You may cancel your custom order and receive a refund of your deposit.
  • After production begins: The 50% deposit is generally nonrefundable because materials and production time have been committed to the custom creation.
  • If Woven Treasures cannot fulfill the agreed order: Payments received will be refunded.
